TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The promotion is open to all citizens of Singapore aged 18 and above, except for employees and immediate family members of Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd and Unilever Singapore Pte Ltd, their business partners, affiliated companies, promotion agency, public relations agency, advertising agency and other parties involved in this promotion (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Organizer”).
- Participate in the Magnum 2011 competition at www.mymagnum.com.sg and submit your particulars.
- Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
- The Prizes must be claimed by a date to be determined, failing which the unclaimed Prizes will be donated to an approved charity selected by the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion at any time during the promotion period.
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of the same value, without giving prior notice.
- All information, particulars and materials submitted for participation will be the property of the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right to use the name, address, photograph, particulars and/or documents of all winners for the purpose of advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time. The winners may be required to attend the prize giving ceremony and/or participate in publicity programmes.
- The Organizer, all its business partners and other parties involved in this contest, including their directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable in any way for the following:
a. any additional expenses incurred for taking part in this promotion.
b. any sort of technical failure;
c. intervention by unauthorised parties during the contest;
d. electronic or human errors in the administration of this promotion and processing of entries;
e. any entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received.
- The Organizer shall not be liable to participants for any injuries, damages or claims resulting from their participation in this contest or from the redemption of prizes. By accepting or collecting any prize, the winner agrees to indemnify the Organizer, all its business partners, and other parties related to this promotion, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgement, damage, loss or liability incurred related to his/her participation in the promotion, or his/her acceptance or redemption or use of any prize.
By participating in this contest, participants agree to adhere strictly to the terms & conditions of this contest. All decisions made by the Organizer are final. Any correspondence will not be entertained.
